Conductive Ink
Benefits

Cost Effective
Parmod® employs an additive process, which means that only the exact amount of conductive material required to make a circuit is used in processing. This translates into substantial cost savings, where conductive material purchased equals conductive material
used. The two-step process is fast and simple, further reducing costs and increasing yield.

Solderable and Highly Conductive
Parmod® products convert to pure metal without organic binders or alloying elements. Therefore, they have solderability similar to etched and and plated copper.

Rapid Processing
Through Parmod® technology, conductors are cured onto substrates in a matter of minutes, without costly finishing steps. This increases productivity and efficiency, reduces inventory and provides for faster turnaround.

Environmentally Friendly = No Waste
Parmod® uses an environmentally-friendly process, which results in no hazardous waste. This is unlike subtractive and semi-additive processes, where unused copper must be etched away and hazardous plating waste discarded.

Compatibility
Parmod® is compatible with a number of familiar substrates--such as polyimide--allowing for a wide variety of uses across many industries. Parmod® traces can be transfer laminated to a still wider variety of polymer substrates such as polyethylene and polyester. Even paper can be used as a substrate. Parmod® silver can also be printed directly on glass.

Computer Aided Manufacturing
Parmod® compositions can be printed under computer control direct from Computer-Aided Design (CAD) files without special tooling or masks to provide the ultimate in flexible, just-in-time manufacturing. An electronic design can be prototyped, modified and produced using computer driven dispensing equipment. Designs can be kept on file and additional parts produced as needed in quanitities large or small. Modification to accept new components or design ideas is simple.
