RFID Antenna

For RFID systems, Parmod® VLT inks are easily screen printed onto a reusable substrate to create the antenna. After curing, the antenna is transfer laminated to the final substrate. Any additional layers are applied and the chip is attached.

Membrane Switches

For membrane switches, Parmod® VLT inks are easily screen printed onto a reusable substrate to create the switch circuit. After curing, the circuit is transfer laminated to the final substrate. Any additional layers are applied and the components are attached.

Flex Circuits

For flex circuits, Parmod® VLT inks are easily screen printed onto adhesiveless polyimide substrates and cured to form the interconnect. For lower-temperature substrates such as polyester, the inks are screen printed onto a reusable substrate to create the circuit. After curing, the circuit is transfer laminated to the final substrate. Any additional layers are applied and the components are attached.

High Density Interconnects

For high density interconnects, Parmod® VLT inks are quickly and easily applied to industry-standard substrates by printing processes, such as screen printing, laser mill and fill, computer-controlled micro-dispensing, and ink-jet printing, to produce fully additive printed circuits and interconnects.
